Vintage 1913 Packard Tin Friction Car that was made in Japan. Possibly a Bandai, but I’m not certain of that. Age isn’t known. Cosmetically it’s in very good shape. Scratches and dings in the paint are evident. The drivers side headlight is missing its back. It revs up properly and rolls across a hard surface.
